    Alright lads thought i would share.
    my mental health is alot better back in the gym going hard. On my new diet already lost 4.5kgs in a week.
    Goal to loose another 5 to 6kgs and put a little muscle on.

    500 sus 500 maste a week starting.
    will increase to 750 each a week after 6 weeks.

    time to get juicy

      Update on this recomp.
      pulled maste out due to joint pain.
      7 kilos down in 3.5 weeks. 1.5 weeks left of low carb. Will be adding 300mg of npp in with carbs. Still will be loosing fat just not as quick.
      strength is up still on 60 grams of carbs a day. Body is changing still.
      will be adding in injectable anadrol last 4 weeks of this bad boy.

            15 to 20mins 6 dsys a week. Sometimes more. Just power walk knee and back doesnt like much more than that

                Quick little update for u cunts.
                Steroids been upped this week.
                750 sus 450 npp.
                swapped arimdex for 1/4 of letro mon thurs.
                carbs are slowly been put back in tomorrow.
                cardio is around 40 mims a day some times more.
                stomach getting flatter which it will continue to do.
                weights going up every session, training my balls off in the gym.

                  leaned out alot abs showing. A few members have seen progress pics.
                  so time to blow up last 4 weeks.
                  1gram sus 1 gram npp
                  50mg anadrol a day
                  slin post post work out.
                  carbs back in

                      Right so pulled the pinn on this. Was involved in a huge work incident the other week. Needing a break.
                      starting weight
                      88kgs chubby gut
                      finish 88 to 89kgs abs show once flexed.

                      will be crusing on 250mg if test for 6 weeks then only do 6 week cycles.
