Todays check in with hrvtska saw a significant change in my physique, while I’ve been posting leg shots as they have had the most improvement... today is back shot 3wks difference and on 3500cals and HRVTSKA training program... oh yes no cardio!

Ok, mesocycle weeks 1- 4 completed...

I have a review below, and it is my general impression of the first 4wks... sorry no specific details of diet or training program as they are not my intellectual property to share...

hrvtska program is well structured as expected from a professional. There were a few traditional exercise and few new ones to me. My favourite easily was the Viking Press (especially as my gym does not have any shoulder machines) followed by spider hammer curls... he provided a 3on 1off 2on 1off training structure... purely a resistance program and no cardio.... the diet was a easy transition volume of food dramatically increase from the diet posted in front page.... my current diet is gluten and lactose free, broken into 6 meals... and a training and non training day diet.... glutamine is a staple as well as linseed oils and apple cider vinegar... so what does all this mean... well photos are already posted

my weight has gone from 98kgs to 93.7kgs with an increase daily calories each week... tail of the tape 4cm off waist measured around belly button, 1cm off chest, arms unchanged, and 2cm off quads (with significant definition forming)

It was the easiest decision to reinvest into my diet and training plan with team @hrvtska for another month.

          Week 5 training session

          hrvtska

Well into week 6 with Team hrvtska, it will be no surprise that I have enjoyed the change in training, support with my diet, and someone to help with those questions....

from week five the mesocycle intensity increased, and with the additional cals now sitting at 3700 a day divided into six meals has my muscle volume feeling full.

this week weight jumped up 2kgs with waist reducing.

the training volume and time under tension has been a real ego check not about the weight you throw around but the intensity you build into each rep/set/session.

          Well back into it...

Looking good mate! Keep up the good work.

The TUT stuff definitely keeps the ego in check thats for sure, but man does it work wonders.

Well, I’ve just hit 4000cals a day... buying gummy bears by the Kg and Cereal by the box’s.... hrvtska would not have believed that you can grow and get leaner without you’re directions and mesocycles

Dunstone You can simultaneously gain lean muscle mass and drop body fat. You are a great example of that keep killing it mate

Well week 10 with hrvtska, photo is week 5 on right and start of week 10 on the left. Currently on 4000cals a day, and just had a real step up in training program this mesocycle. This week is the first time that I had real next day muscle soreness, a great feeling....
