    Insulin while cutting

    Anyone run slin while cutting?

    I'm about to start cutting for Season B comps.

    I'm undecided whether I keep running insulin or not during the cut. I'm leaning towards dropping it, as I'm worried it will make cutting more difficult.

    If I do, as carbs get low - I'll prob keep it to post work out only but then I'm not sure if it will be a complete waste to continue with slin while cutting.

    I've got a good 15kg to lose in 18 week prep AND I'm already sub 10%

    During the bulk, I jae got pretty high running about 60iu per day of Novorapid (excluding rest day). I love the shit haha

    Appreciate any input from anyone. is it worth it during an aggressive cur? And if so, what is the best way to run it?

    If you have that much weight to drop for your cut wouldn't consider insulin at all. Just maintain as much muscle as possible and focus on getting your conditioning on point. Good luck with the comps mate

      Sweet. Decision made.

      Worst part about Classic - it's make weight or switch to bodybuilding.
