    Test and mast cycle experiences

    Gents / legends / cunts, hope everyone is doing well.

    It seems as though Mast is a but of a favourite around here and I am keen to hear your insights and experiences with it.

    I will leave this pretty open to discussion/contribution and just ask for your insights into

    - favourite dosages and durations when run alongside test.
    - worth while additions on top of test and mast.
    - smallest dosage run with decent results (depending on whatever your goals was)
    - largest dosage ran where side effects or results were worthwhile/not worthwhile.

    - impact on strength when at maintenance calories or in a surplus or deficit.
    - impact on maintaining or increasing muscle at maintenance or in a deficit.
    - impact on gaining size.

    - anything else you deem noteworthy.

    I am currently sitting at maintenance waiting to see if any competitions go ahead towards the end if the year becuase of covid. My main focus is strength development but if it looks as though no comps are going to eventuate I am l likey to go into a cut fir a while with test and mast in the mix.

    Personally I get absolutely fuck all outta mast, but plenty love the shit. I think it’s one of those you gotta try it and see mate but I much prefer primo. I’d go so far as to say if my choices were test and mast or test and nothing I’d go nothing.

      Cheers for the input mate. That was half my reason for starting this thread. Some get plenty and I have heard of others not getting much at all.

      What dosages did you run the test and mast at?

        I ran mast a couple of times both p and e at varying doses up to a gram just to see if it did anything and for me all I really noticed was that it made me sweat more in the gym. I gave it a few goes since others get so much out of it but yeah it’s just not for me. I do know some that love it though and I also know some that feel the same as me about mast and think it’s a complete waste of money and overhyped crap so I think it comes down to how you respond to it. I wished I’d heard others say they didn’t rate it before I kept throwing money at it tbh, I thought it was just me and maybe I needed more or whatever but if I need more than a gram I’m not bothering. I reckon give it a whirl and see how you go, just be prepared for it not to be all it’s cracked up to be or maybe it will be.

            My dosages are 400mg mast e a week.250mg a week test e,have stanaz as a finisher for 5 weeks to dry out,50mg a day..I no sceintifical genius and cant explain jack shit, but love the stuff...Always been a low doser, eat when hungry,and on the cleaner side...I also read somewhere it was used as a porn star drug...Dr pussy concurs....Agree on the primo, that shit had me in best shap of my life...Diet/rest/training principles coupled with good gear/everyone's choices are different=the goals you chasing for...Ask mr kanga,he's seen my current shape

                    I'm into 5weeks now of mast E again and sexual drive is off the charts again..@200ish weekly...300mg test e... love the stuff run it nearly all year round

                      Makes plenty of sense mate. An already solid approach to diet, training and recovery etc supported further by a 'few bits and pieces' to get you in great shape.

                      My training is set up with strength as main priority but would happily take on any composition changes the test and mast combo might bring with it too.

                        Definitely sounds like it can be very hit and miss. Would agree with you that if you have to work upwards towards a gram and not satisfied with the results, then it seems largely waste of your time and money to persevere with it.

                            I run it with my tren. On a bulk I might run (back in the day) 250test e 400 to 600deca 400 to 600 tren e and 400mast. Per week. (No, never had a problem running deca and tren together, I'd just run caber) Or a cut, 300 test prop, 800 tren a 800 mast. It seems to me to really take the edge off of the off the tren sides.

                              Love mast, use it pretty much year round. Lean bulk, I'd use mastp100mg p/day with testp & npp (test&npp 80-90mg p/day). Not quite a cruise doseing; Teste 300mg & maste 600-800mg pweek. On a cruise(-ish) dose; teste 200 & maste 400mg p/week.
                              Obviously I love the stuff. It genuinely just makes me feel good. Very slight strength increase over time, potential for some slight lean gains (again over time & totally dependent on your cals & training, much like all aas).
                              It is not a game changer, it will never pack on size etc.
                              But that doesn't mean you won't benefit from using it.
                              certainly some vascularity & hardening, no bloat, has some anti esteogenic properties.. but I've found that those benefits differ drastically from person to person in regards to noticeable effects on e2, or incorporating it specifically for that reason(s). Obviously personal physiology & conversion will be the deciding factor in that regard.
                              Like I stated I do use it pretty much constantly & have a great deal of love for the compound (Christ, I sound like a junkie)..So I'm a little biased. I can see why others don't see benefits or enough to justify it taking up space in there pins.
                              But if you took the time to ask, give it a go..just make sure your not expecting something else..and give it time to do its thing..
