    Kafta ( a type of kebab ) .

Special treat for you guys .
gwt your hands on about half a kilo of minced meat .
lamb tastes the best . depending on how much fat you can have at the time of this recipe buy it accordingly .
but just as a point .... the more fat , the tastier this is .
but let’s be good boys and go lean mince .
get 2 onion. Finly chopped or just chuck it in a food processor.
get some fresh parsley . we use a shit load I’m not even going to tell you how much we use cause your gonna think I’m crazy .
use how much you want but this is where your flavour comes from so use at least 1 bunch and chop it up Finley .
use the food processor if you like .
in a bowl mix the mince parsley and onion with your hands using your palms to really crush the ingredients into each other .
same way you would work a pizza dough .
yiu want to really break down the onion and parsly to release there oils and cause a emulsion with the meat .
the food processor works too .
add salt and some pepper , and any other spice you want , paprika is very good here .
now you have your kafta .
roll into balls , cook it like burgers if you like , spread it on Lebanese bread and grill it like a pizza if you like , cook it in the oven with potatoes in a tomato sauce if you like or eat it like I do ...... the way a king eats it .
get some bbq skewers ,roll the kafta into a sausage size and poke the skewer through .
make a heap and chuck them on the bbq .
a charcoal bbq is the best way . but do it they way your comfortable.
    its amazing .

Bro I do similar (stole the recipe from your kin and made it my own). Lamb mince, rosemary finely chopped, onion, garlic, salt, pepper then smush it around my flat metal bbq skewers and cook on the Webber. Fucking brilliant food! Eat with a little fresh lemon juice and evoo drizzled over. Some home made tzadziki (sry spell) brilliant food man! I'm doing parsley next time though

                            All good man .
a lot of the brothers don’t know many recipes. I think it’s a mortal sin not to eat good .
bro , with those kebabs , it’s pretty much up to you what you put in it . Red capsicum is good . Paprika .
pretty much each region have there own version .
mum makes a massive one in the oven , like a meat loaf and shaves bits off as it’s cooking ..... just like a doner kebab .

I cant believe I’m saying this ..... but it’s the salad that makes it taste good .
