    Allright lads, get out your pen and pspper for some gordon ramsey shit... Scrambl em in the microwave and drown em in hot sauce or put liquid eggwhites in a glass with a dash of milk and chug it. Your welcome.

      Even better..microwave em. But mix with a whisk.. u gotta try it.. hot sauce huh.. might just try thst...I go a kylie kwong sauce.. Google it..
      personally. I just drink em. Thou I'm hanging for a great quiche...that shot goes down a treat for midnight snacks...

        I'll def try hitting it with a wisk. Looked up kylie wong sauce, hadn't heard of her. If you like quiche I do actually have an egg recipe from way back, only just reminded me. (been nuking em and dringing em for soo long now.)
        Used to make up some quinoa mix it with a little low fat mozzerella or cheder (or no cheese depending on macro needs) mix in some brocccoli and ladle into an oiled muffin tin, then bake. Can't remember the amounts or times sry lads. Theyre pretty damn good though. The broccoli makes it for me.
        Oh I've got one for you I tried while in thr states too! look up "egg foo young!" Its an american chineese egg dish, fuckn awesome! Your kylie wong sauce would probably go awesome on it Torch.
        I make a basterdized egg foo young with scrambled eggs, bean sprouts and chopped up snow peas made into an omelate then you can put beef gravy (best) or just some soy sauce (ok) on it. I use mostly egg whites and low sodium soy sauce when cutting and whole eggs with beef gravy when growing.

          micro wave em in.mins....

                      I've made one without pastry .
                      blend some egg whites with low fat sour cream .
                      cook up some leek mix it in the egg and cream .....if you like shred up some smoked salmon and throw that in too.
                      put it all im the quiche mold or what ever it's called .
                      oven till it's done.
