    Bleeding from the ass from deadlifts, teared knee joint and elbow from legcurls and chin ups not much really, slipped a disc trying to start cunty lawnmower lol

        gym related- torn lat from bent over rows, torn hammy from squats, torn shoulder from incline dumbell press, broken toes from dropping plates on them
        non gym related- shattered elbow and socket fuckin my bicep with broken colar bone, snapped both bones clean at wrist, breaking other wrist multiple times, breaking and dislocating every finger n toe, prob few more but thats off top of my head, good ol footy/skating/bmx/moto days

          I tore my quad 12cm long
          4cm wide and 4cm deep
          hamstring at the same time .

          tore bicep tendon off fore arm with 16 cm retraction.

          a few more but not serious

                  Had a cramp earlier that day thought nothing of it . So decided to squat like usual .. Let go on the second set like a rubber band
                  was about 7 years ago now
                  Never torn a quad again ... detached my right bicep tendon off fore arm 3 years ago had 16cm of retraction into my armpit

                  Other than that been lucky lol
