    Late snack

    Hey guys would like some option of some snacks I could have at night.

    so usually eat dinner at 6:30 but at around 8:30 I fill abit peckish and I go bed at 930 so don’t want something sitting in my stomach.

    any advice would be great

          Chicken breast and avocado or nuts.. i find 50g of almonds hits the spot when i feel like something ‘crunchy’

          The fats will keep you full so wont be peckish again after

              Well last night didn’t go down the best.... 2 magnums, a packet of cheese shapes and 1/4 block of cheese. My fridge and pantry need a lock

              strangely woke up with a lot of energy. Cheese is meant to be bad to eat around sleeping too.

                You dont take avanza before bed do you?
                I swear its worse than weed .
                Makes me munch out hard pretty much like you did but i get that every night.
                Explains why they give it to anorexics.

                    I get the old sleep munchies bad occasionally too. Seems to come in waves, I’ll get it a few nights in a row every few months or so. Most annoying when I’m trying to keep a strict diet, but I try to not keep any junk food in the house at all now. So I guess a couple cans tinned tuna or salmon isn’t so bad

                        Occasionally. I don’t keep them at home or I eat them all in 1 day lol, but sometimes if I’m really craving a sweet treat I’ll grab one

                          Casein protein shake with milk and handful of almonds do the trick for me.

                              Eating foods high in dietary fat and protein before bed as it keep you full for a lot longer. A secondary function is you will sleep better as a resultant factor.
                              Avocado, almonds, eggs are a couple off my head.
