    Just gonna comment in this and re open discussion some good ideas in here really liking the content.

    current split following a Jordan Peters styled program.
    upper 1
    lower 1
    rest
    upper 2
    lower 2
    rest
    rest
    1-2 working sets each to failure, strength gains are very noticeable and body changing daily.

    Back to basics.

      thurs- should
      fri- arms
      sat-legs

        Monday -chest shoulders
        Tuesday -back trap rear delts
        Wed- arms
        thursday legs then repeat
