    I reckon when you have great genetics and run 10 gams of gear and 20iu Gh with slin and eat 10,000 cal a day, you could workout however the fuck you want and youd grow. I reckon it doesnt mater as long as the numbers are going up in some way. Faster tempo, more weight, more reps, more calories, more juice. Just have to keep upping the anti, deload and do it again. No time for cruizing if youre going that yah, why lift 10kg 50 times if you can lift 500kg once and get the same results. Long as you lift 510kg tomorrow, your body doesnt know.
